The price is reasonable and the staff was very calm and cool even though im a lil bit pissed off with the map direction on the way to hotel.both of them (man/woman working infront) are still smiling and entertain me until i enter the room.You have the great staff and as a senior logistic manager of Petronas Malaysia,i will recommended this hotel to all my staf which are sending to pertamina indonesia for working purpose.BTW....the food and your maintenance guy was superb.All timer worker.lol😁 but very respectfully.Before this I always check in at Grand Mercury as a place me and my staff but now for more budget control,i will suggest your hotel to the high top management to put as priority hotel if any requirement needed in indonesia.

Their executive room is the best value in Medan and beyond. Breakfast is very rich, they have a business center too, not sure why the hotel is only 3-star, maybe due to it's relatively small size or the immediate surroundings (location is centric but outside street is a bit dusty and hectic). But the experience is 5 star, at least when staying in an executive room.

A very big, clean and cold for the executive room, nice breakfast, very good location, near from center of the city, very good value in medan city center.. overall satisfied.
